Formula One Driver Juan Montoya Marries Beneath Stunning Golden Arches

Bogota, Colombia. In front of the cream of Colombian society, handsome Formula One superstar Juan Pablo Montoya married beautiful local sweetheart Connie Bonita in what guests described as the most delicious wedding of the decade.

The ceremony was held in sumptuous splendor under golden arches in a place that according to his friends is said to have always been close to the groom's heart.

"I chose this beautiful place for its heritage, for its beauty but not the least for the French fries," said the happy groom. "Are you going to finish that?"

The groom's best friend, Reverend Ronald McDonald, pronounced the beaming couple man and wife, and amidst the cheers of friends and relatives they were covered in rice, balloons and other merchandise.

"This is the most glamorous wedding I have ever been to," said the bride's mother, Juanita Bonita, "And if it hadn't been for that elderly man in the wheelchair, constantly taking food from Juan, it would have been McMagical."

Barcelona, Spain. Barcelona testing was thrown into turmoil last month, when newly signed Minardi driver Justin Wilson entered the pit area. According to reports, Wilson - who is nearly two meters tall and towers over the rest of the Formula One paddock - immediately started bullying other drivers and team personnel.

"He barged into our garage and just took one of our Ferrari engines," said tiny Sauber driver Nick Heidfeld, while barely being able to hold back his tears. "We tried to close the garage door but he just kicked it down."

Minardi technical personnel are on the other hand extremely pleased with their new driver. "There is absolutely no shortage of top quality components in our car now," said technical director Gabriele Tredozi. "If we need a new gearbox or suspension arm, Justin just pops over to the Ferrari or Williams garage and brings it over."

About the author:
Reginald Kincaid was born on 30th November 1912. Following graduation from the Royal Military College in Sandhurst he was commissioned in the Forth Hussars in February 1931. While stationed in Egypt with his brigade in 1934, he led the famous "Elgar" high speed camel expeditions that explored and documented the vast sand seas of Libya. In his own words he soon after became addicted to the "fine art of travelling fast" but exchanged camels for cars. Kincaid's exploits in European motor racing became legendary after being documented in his best selling biography "Racing with a stiff upper lip". Reginald Kincaid retired in 1991 and has been covering motor racing ever since. He now lives in Surrey, England, and tends to his hobby of beekeeping.
