The Minardi Factory Tour
By Ross Stonefeld, Italy

On a sunny winter day, Atlas F1's Ross Stonefeld and his photographer David Cameron took the train down south to the small town of Faenza, for a guided tour of the Minardi factory. They came back with an exclusive look inside
The Minardi factory is made up of three buildings. The first building houses the main technical and administrative offices. The second, which was not open to us that day, is a warehouse for various race cars from Mr. Minardi's personal collection.
The third building, where we began our tour, is the composites department. Following a long and enjoyable lunch at a local restaurant our guides for the day were the lovely Fabiana and Paola. Here Fabiana leads us into the composites department.
