The Minardi Factory Tour

On a sunny winter day, Atlas F1's Ross Stonefeld and his photographer David Cameron took the train down south to the small town of Faenza, for a guided tour of the Minardi factory. They came back with an exclusive look inside
Stored just beyond the entrance is a wind tunnel model of the 1999 M01 Fondmetal Minardi Ford
In this room the chilled carbon sheets are cut and prepared to be fitted to the moldings built later in the factory.
Minardi have three autoclaves to 'cook' the carbon under high heat and pressure. This is the smallest of the three.
