Fox Sports Continue F1 Coverage Across the USA

Tuesday February 29th, 2000

Due to increasing number of requests from readers, Atlas F1 contacted Fox Sports Network requesting information on F1 coverage in the upcoming season.

Formula One producer Larry Holm confirmed that Fox Sports will continue coverage of F1 throughout the USA for the third year in a row. In a similar fashion to last year's, most races will be shown tape delayed, with the exception of Brazil, Canada, US and Malaysia, which will be broadcasted live. Fox Sports will also produce the world feed coverage of the US Grand Prix from Indy.

Mike Joy will be Fox Sports' anchor, with Derek Bell as analyst and Peter Windsor reporting from the tracks.

Atlas F1 need your help to find out on what channel (or several channels) in your country covers F1, and whether the races, qualifying and\or free practice sessions are aired live or tape-delayed. Please look at our broadcasting table and if your country is not listed, or the information given is wrong, send us information to news@atlasf1.com with the subject: TV Listing.
