Benetton confirmed that their 1996 driver line-up would remain unchanged for 1997.
Ferrari announced that their new 7 speed gearbox would debut race at the 1996 Belgian Grand Prix.
Sauber-Ford tested at the A-1 Ring in Austria which was the first F1 test since the track was revised.

New issues will be out Wednesday (08:00 GMT/09:00 CET) after each Grand Prix. ATLAS TEAM F1 welcomes articles, race reviews, and commentary from all F1 fans. Race reviews are encouraged by those attending GPs (although not a necessity). Submit contributions and questions via email to ATLAS TEAM F1 (comments@atlasf1.com). Text can be in the body of the mail, or sent as an attached file. Please include a short bio of yourself. The deadline for submissions is Monday (23:00 GMT) for each G.P. issue. All contributions are subject to review by the editors.
