Only a few days after saying he has yet to find the right speed in Formula One, CAR Champion Alex Zanardi set the fastest time of the day at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona. Zanardi was just slightly faster than former Williams driver, Jacques Villeneuve.

Testing will continue tomorrow, with Ferrari joining in.
