Formula One's ruling body, the FIA, released today the revised calendar for the 2003 season, with the August three-week break staying despite having being removed from the provisional calendar released earlier this year.
Formula One bosses had complained that the break had been removed, but the FIA have decided to keep it on the calendar, taking place after the German Grand Prix on August 3 and finishing before the Hungarian Grand Prix at the end of the month.
The rest of the calendar has remained unchanged except for the Belgian Grand Prix, which is provisional and subject to the unanimous agreement of the of the teams that the event can be run without tobacco advertising.
