Ferrari Back to Work at Fiorano

Tuesday March 5th, 2002

The Ferrari team got back to action only two days after winning the Australian Grand Prix, with test driver Luciano Burti testing at the Fiorano circuit on Tuesday.

Brazilian Burti worked at the wheel of the F2001 chassis, the car with which Michael Schumacher won the season opening race last Sunday. Burti concentrated on tyre testing, completing a total of 40 laps with a best time of 1:01.993.

Ferrari will continue testing on Wednesday, with Burti in action again at Fiorano while Luca Badoer will work on the development of the F2002 at Mugello.
