Brazilian Luciano Burti kicked off on Tuesday Ferrari's preparations for the French Grand Prix next week at the Magny-Cours circuit.

The test driver was in action at the Fiorano track, concentrating on an aerodynamic programme and testing new components at the wheel of an F2002. Burti posted a quickest time of 1:00.150 after 39 laps around the Italian circuit.

Burti continues working at Fiorano tomorrow.
