McLaren drivers David Coulthard and Kimi Raikkonen got back to action on Tuesday, with both testing at the Valencia circuit in Spain.
The Woking-based squad, who unveiled their new car less than ten days ago at the Barcelona circuit, continued with the development of the Mercedes-powered MP4-17. Coulthard was the quickest of the two, setting a fastest time of 1:12.269 after 69 laps.
The Scot had a trouble-free day except for a spin during the morning, after which he ended in the gravel trap. Finn Raikkonen was less than a tenth of a second slower than his teammate after 39 laps.
McLaren will continue testing at Valencia until Thursday.
