Australian Mark Webber had his second outing in an Arrows Formula One car on Wednesday. He wants to become their official test driver.

A team spokeswoman said the session at Silverstone, following up an impressive test by Webber in Spain last year, would be the final appearance for the 1999 car before Spanish driver Pedro de la Rosa tried out the 2000 version.

Arrows have yet to name a second driver or an official tester for the season, which starts in March.
