Testing resumed today at Barcelona, where McLaren, Jaguar, Jordan, Arrows, Prost and Minardi all hit the track with their 2000 challengers.

McLaren's Mika Hakkinen set the fastest time of the day, 1:21.51, over half a second faster than teammate David Coulthard. Third fastest was Jaguar's Johnny Herbert who in turn set a time over a second faster than teammate Eddie Irvine, who ended up with the 7th fastest of the day.
