Stewart Grand Prix has signed a two year partnership deal with Global Beach, a leading digital communications and software development agency. Global Beach will develop a new media programme for Stewart, kicking off with the setting up of a new Internet web site for the team. It will also look at business to business and business to consumer marketing activities on the Internet.
On a different note - Stewart will run a much modified version of their SF3 car this weekend. It features a completely new aerodynamic package with changes to the undertray and sidepods and with high-exit exhausts as seen on the Ferrari. Ford has also come up with a revised version of its V10. Rubens Barrichello was enthusiastic about the changes and was second quickest in testing last week, behind Mika Hakkinen's McLaren.
