Minardi have confirmed that Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro test driver, Luca Badoer, has been loaned to the team for the 1999 season. Badoer will team up with Marc Gene, but will be available for Ferrari should they need him to stand in for Michael Schumacher or Eddie Irvine for any reason.
