The new Sauber C18 was quietly launched today at the Jean Tinguely museum in Basle, Switzerland. Although the team boasts a significant redesign, Jean Alesi tempered the atmosphere by remaining realistic with the team's chances. "Everyone else is full of hope and everyone talks of improvements, so we need to be realistic... If we keep our position in the championship, that would be a fantastic performance. If we can improve, that will be amazing," stated the Frenchman. The C18 will remain powered by a previous year's Ferrari engine.
