One of things the BAR, British American Racing, wanted was to have two cars competing in different liveries, each in a different brand of BAT, British American Tobacco. The FIA is not too happy about this and has come up with a new regulation, which will pass before the World Council next Thursday. And thus making it impossible for BAR to make at least one of their strategies reality.
