Michael Schumacher showed himself positive on the chances the new Ferrari has when the season starts in Melbourne for the first race. He stated after the tests at Mugello (Italy): "The tests at Mugello have been positive. I really like the balance of the F300 and in fact I can say that it is a real pleasure to drive. We have made progress, so we can go to Australia feeling confident that we should not have reliability problems. We will not know until Melbourne what our true potential is, but I hope to come back from Australia with a trophy as a birthday present for my daughter Gina-Maria."
