As the 1998 season draws to a climatic conclusion, the SuperStats for
the Grand Prix of Italy take a step back and return to their roots of the
SuperGrid as originally presented by the late John Taylor in
Autocourse.
This table is akin to the FIA grid sheet at every Grand Prix. However, this table differs in that it shows a grid based on the average grid times for each driver so far this season. Not only do the times overall seem to be closer than ever before, but this season has also been notable for the lack, so far, of driver changes - the only one being Verstappen taking over from Magnussen. along with those two drivers, Rosset is also not eligible for the final SuperGrid of the season as they have not set a grid time for all the Grands Prix.
