Heading to OZ, Schumacher was on the verge of beating Mansell's most wins/season record.
Oliver Galvin, newly crowned British F3 champion, was heading to OZ for his debut with Pacific.
The Dams F1 Car had its first run in secrecy at Le Mans, with Jan Lammers at the wheel.
